Returns

We are committed to customer satisfaction and request that you carefully review our policy before placing an order.

Please note that we do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

1. Exchanges are only accepted under the following condition:
Manufacturing defects (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product, or production faults)

2. You must provide a mandatory unboxing video as proof, clearly showing the defect or issue from the moment you open the package.

3. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at sales@niloska.com or what's app +91 9265653726 with your order details and unboxing video.

4. No exchanges will be accepted without the unboxing video — this helps us verify the issue and prevent misuse.

5. If you have received a product that has a manufacturing defect or damage that would make the use of the product impossible, you can write to us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@niloska.com. Please mention your Order Number. Please include a description and photos of the defect. Depending on the specific issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or a discount code that you can use on a future purchase.

6. Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, undamaged, with no tags removed. Provide clear photos or videos.
  • In original packaging, tags, barcodes, and certificates intact.
  • Free of wear, alteration, or mishandling.
  • This preserves NILOSKA's quality for everyone.

7. Not a Defect (Handcrafted Nature)

  • Minor finish/texture variations.
  • Natural stone/enamel irregularities.
  • Color shifts from lighting/screens.
  • Silver's natural patina/oxidation over time

8. Considered a Defect

Provide clear photos or videos of 

  • Broken/damaged on arrival. 
  • Missing stones/components. 
  • Non-functional clasps/hooks. 
  • Severe transit damage or any other kind of damage or order mistakes. 
  • Again provide clear photos and videos immediately on arrival.

9. Every product crafted at NILOSKA goes through multiple hands and stringent quality checks. All our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure minimum wastage. As a result, minor variations in sizing/ finish are not defects but rather add to the uniqueness of each product. The actual product colours, while closest to what you see on our website, may also vary because of visual quality and display settings from screen to screen.

Refund

1. Refunds are processed after receiving the product in its original, unused condition with packaging and tags intact. Refunds will be issued within 14 working days via the original payment method.

2. Approved refunds will be credited directly to your bank account within 14 business days (up to 30 days during peak seasons).

3. Once your return lands back with us and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our center in Ahmedabad, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time i.e. 5 – working days for domestic shipments. In case there is an additional time required, we will notify you beforehand.

5.  All refunds will be processed strictly at the purchase price, i.e., the amount mentioned on the original invoice at the time of purchase. Current product prices or ongoing price fluctuations will not be considered while calculating the refund value.
